What if I played the game and didn't receive my prize email ticket?
Depending on your level of spam control, the e-mail may be in your spam, bulk, junk, deleted items
(whatever your e-mail service calls it!) folder.
If your email address is valid, and you do not recieve the prize email in the next hour, take these steps:
1. Send an e-mail to
oneidaticket@greatestgamesonearth.com from the e-mail address you are using to play the game.
2. Wait 15 minutes while our system receives and processes this email. Your account will be updated to
allow you to view tickets online.
3. Close your browser.
4. Open a new browser session.
5. Return to the game website and login.
6. Press the 'Continue to Game' button and follow the
instructions to view your prize tickets.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Emails sent
to
oneidaticket@greatestgamesonearth.com are not read by a human being. This email address is for the sole purpose
of validating your email address to allow you to view your prize tickets. Do not request support via this email
address.
2) You must send your email from the email address you played with. Our system validates the
email address in the 'From:' line of the email that you send.
3) Once your email address has been
validated, you will be able to immediately view your tickets after playing the game. No additional emails will be
sent to you.

What if my printer isn't working or I can't get the ticket to print?
The ticket should print by simply selecting print from your browser. If you can't get your printer to
print, consult you printer or computer supplier.

How long do I have to redeem my prize?
You can redeem the ticket anytime before the expiration date printed on it.
